Overview

You can access all of your current and pending invoices from your Client Area. If you don’t know how to access your client area, you can find out here.

Accessing your Invoices

Once you are logged into your Client area

  1. First, click on Billing in the menu bar at the top if the screen
  2. Then you want to click on My Invoices from the drop down menu

Once the page has loaded, you should be able to see all your current and past invoices. The system sorts Unpaid invoices to the top to make them easier to find.

Downloading, Printing or Paying an Invoice

You can process an unpaid invoice by clicking on the Unpaid button on the right. You should now see a formatted version of the invoice. You can also click on a Paid invoice to view and download or print it.

  • In the upper right hand side, you can see a green Pay Now button. Just below it, you will be able to select your payment option. Choose your payment option and click Pay Now to process the payment.
  • Along the bottom of the invoice, you will see options to both download a copy of the invoice, as well print a copy of the invoice for your records.
