“WHOIS privacy” is the industry term for the registrar available option which allows your domain’s contact information to be made private and unavailable for public lookup. This is often implemented to avoid unwanted spam or sales inquiries regarding your website or the domain registration itself. Here's how to set WHOIS privacy up on your account:
1. Login to your Client Area. You can aways do so from our homepage and click Login on the Upper Right Hand Side.
2. Click on your domains section:
3. Find the domain you wish to add WHOIS protection for and click on the wrench:
4. Click on Addons and you can add WHOIS protection for the domain you selected.
