Recent support tickets can be accessed from the main screen of your Client Area.
To submit a support ticket from your Client Area, you will want to click the button that reads '+Open New Ticket' or the link below that says 'open a ticket'.
You can also send an email to "support" too.
Tickets are submitted directly to our admin teams and are responded to in the order that they are received. We strive to stay below industry standard time and most tickets are answered within about 90 mintues. After your initial submission, the ticket thread will become an email. You can reply to the admins simply by responding to their emails to you.
