If you no longer need an email account, it can be removed; additionally, if you wish to stop email service for a particular email user (for example, while they are on vacation), you can suspend their email account. You can manage email accounts from the Plesk Control Panel.
To remove a mailbox:
- On your Home page, click Mail.
- Select a check box corresponding to the mailbox that you wish to remove.
- Click Remove Selected.
- When prompted, confirm removal and click OK.
To temporarily suspend e-mail services for a mailbox:
- On your Home page, click Mail.
- Click the e-mail address, whose e-mail services you wish to suspend.
- Click Mailbox in the Tools group.
- Clear the Mailbox check box.
- Click OK.
To resume e-mail services for a suspended mailbox:
- On your Home page, click Mail.
- Click the e-mail address, whose e-mail services you wish to resume.
- Click Mailbox in the Tools group.
- Select the Mailbox check box.
- Click OK.
