If you no longer need an email account, it can be removed; additionally, if you wish to stop email service for a particular email user (for example, while they are on vacation), you can suspend their email account. You can manage email accounts from the Plesk Control Panel.

To remove a mailbox:

  1. On your Home page, click Mail.
  2. Select a check box corresponding to the mailbox that you wish to remove.
  3. Click Remove Selected.
  4. When prompted, confirm removal and click OK.

To temporarily suspend e-mail services for a mailbox:

  1. On your Home page, click Mail.
  2. Click the e-mail address, whose e-mail services you wish to suspend.
  3. Click Mailbox in the Tools group.
  4. Clear the Mailbox check box.
  5. Click OK.

To resume e-mail services for a suspended mailbox:

  1. On your Home page, click Mail.
  2. Click the e-mail address, whose e-mail services you wish to resume.
  3. Click Mailbox in the Tools group.
  4. Select the Mailbox check box.
  5. Click OK.
